Well-being hour: Motivation

Japie will host a well-being hour focused on motivation, gaining it, retaining it, and what to do if you lose motivation. Especially as the final weeks of the academic year roll around, this will be an opportunity to discuss strategies, as well as to let lose bottled up feelings! This is also an opportunity to relax, as we will provide a puzzle to do as well as other ways for you to express yourself.  We hope to see you there in STO 1.91!
