39th Committee F.O.R.T. 'Pie Debye'
The F.O.R.T.-committee is the committee responsible for drinks and the management of the F.O.R.T. (‘Facultaire OntmoetingsRuimte T’, or faculty meeting space T, T denoting our department). Apart from the Thursday drinks, several other Japie-activities are held in the F.O.R.T. Apart from that, the department has drinks regularly.

Acquisition Committee
The Acquisition Committee helps the Coordinator of External Affairs with the acquisition of new companies for collaborations and helps them with the setup of career activities.
Advisory board (RvA)
The Advisory Board consists of Japie members that are or have been active at Japie or in external functions. They have gained a lot of experience and knowledge in the past and are therefore the designated people to inform and advice the board about a broad spectrum of matter.
BACcIE
The Batavierenrace and Activities Committee organizes multiple fun activities of various kinds though out the year. Besides this they are also responsible for the organization around the Japie team that will take part in the biggest relay race of Europe for students, called the Batavierenrace for which the committee also organizes an running clinic, to prepare the participants for their run!
ChefCie
The Chef Committee strives to cook high-class food for low prices for Japie members. Once per month after a Thursday drink or on other special occasions, the committee provides a delicious three-course meal for a group of members.
Educational Council
The Educational Council helps the Coordinator of Educational Affairs to attend educational meetings and to pass on feedback to the university and faculty.
Financial committee (FinanCie)
The Financial Committee monitors the accounts and budgets of the board and its committees. The committee also advices the board and the general members meeting on financial matters.
FishCie
Have you ever had a sad day? The FishCie knows what to do! They are always there in the big Japie room to cheer you up. Come and visit them.
Freshmen Committee 2025-2026

Gouden Loper Festival Committee 2027 (GLF)
This committee consists of four enthusiastic, beer-loving students who dedicate part of their year to organizing the Gouden Loper Festival. If you want to see how much progress they are making follow them on Instagram and have a look at the website!
Hét Tappersgilde (TG)
This certainly is an important committee. Without the drafters, no beers can be drafted in the F.O.R.T.

The housepoet provides the association with some lovely poems, most notably during G.M.M.'s
Introduction week committee 2026
The IntroCie 2026 strives to set up an amazing introduction week for incoming bachelor's students, by preparing a week full of fun, freshness, and excitement!
J.A.P.I.E.-cie
The "Japie Automatiserings Programmeer Internet en Electronica"-Committee (Japie Automatisation Programming Internet and Electronics-Committee) ensures, amongst others, that the Japie-computers are kept running and is continuously working on the improvement of our website. The committee also occasionally organizes a LAN party.
LadyCie
The LadyCie is a committee that organizes fun and exciting events that are more conventionally 'girly' activities. These include activities such as doing crafts, baking, makeovers, and of course, having a cheeky cocktail or two. So come join the LadyCie for their activities, and have a fun time!
MyFuture Collective
The MyFuture collective is set up to help you find what career would suit you best in the future! They provide a wide overview of all activities, organized by a lot of TU/e affiliated parties, helping you orient what awaits you after your student life. Ready to set the next step in your career? ONCS committee 2027
The 'Open Nederlandse Chemie Sportdagen' committee of 2027 is tasked with bringing back the ONCS to Eindhoven!
The ONCS is the sporting event between Dutch chemistry associations from all over the country. Through numerous sports, a beer relay, and a secret activity one of these associations can claim the trophy! Will you help Japie earn it in 2027?
PaparaCie
This committee provides the members of Japie with beautiful pictures of their (less) glorious moments.
Restoration Committee (BeunCie)
The restoration committee (BeunCie), founded during the tenure of the 67th board, is the committee we can count on when things are literally falling apart. There is nothing they can not fix (except for the cargo bike)!
Study Tour Committee 2026
These six people will make sure to have a blazing tour to Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay. They also help the participants getting to know each other and help them getting business cases to support the tour. Study Trip Committee 2027 (MEC)
The study trip committee 2027 will organize a study trip to Budapest in Hungary! During this trip we will see a lot of companies and some cultural aspects of Budapest.

T-Licht Editorial Board
The T-Licht is the association magazine of Japie. The editorial board ensures that the magazine looks fantastic and contains no mistakes.

If you ever want to play a nice game of hide and seek, you can play one with the TakCie!
Wervingsdagen 2025-2026
The Wervingsdagen is a committee that consists of members from different study associations at the TU/e. The Wervingsdagen organizes three career events at the TU/e. The first events are the skills sessions where the TU/e students can get a free workshop. The second event is the career expo where approximately 180 companies gather at the TU/e to inform students about the companies and internships. The third event is the interviewing days where students can have a one on one conversation with companies during a lunch or dinner with eight students. The boards from the study associations depute one board member in the ‘Raad van Toezicht’ (Supervisory Council) from the Stichting Wervingsdagen.
