Planning on asking that special someone to join you at the Gala? Then why not do it in style? Join us on Valentine’s Day to write your gala invitation!
If you’re not sure how this goes, let us break it down for you. Tradition says that the guy should write a letter with silver ink on blue paper, inviting the girl to accompany him to the gala. The girl then replies with a letter written in gold ink on pink paper, inviting the guy to come for tea. During this tea date, the girl will indicate whether she accepts the invitation to the gala, and if so, in what capacity. If the girl serves nothing else besides tea, she declines the invitation to the gala. If biscuits are served with the tea, she accepts the invitation to the gala, but as friends. If a pastry is served with the tea, she wants to go as more than just friends. If a cake with whipped cream is served, there will be an after-party for you two at the end of the evening. ;)
Additionally, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, you can buy a rose for your date to make the occasion extra special (this is optional). Otherwise, joining this activity is free, and you only need to subscribe if you wish to buy a rose. Of course, we will provide all the necessary supplies to write the letters.
