Are you experiencing exam stress? Finding it hard to let your mind relax? Or are you locking yourself up in the library to study?

Come to a wanderwalk. During the lunch break you will be set off to go on a walk with someone else or a group, which can take 15-30 min or as long as you want to. During this walk you will be given some food for thought and questions to make your mind wonder. Letting your mind wander, while wandering around in the fresh air will help you destress and get your energy back up to go study again and ace the exams!!!

There is no need to subscribe, you can just show up at the Japieroom
